I believe that whitening pen applicators are becoming more popular lately. I've actually ordered a Free Trial of the Kardashian endorsed system that I found on another site and also was referred to on another thread here. I will try it for two weeks and post my progress here.

I think it is always better to whiten teeth in a clinic as I do. It is not cheap but lasts longer...I tried lots of different methods and most of them failed or made mu teeth very sensitive. Try my clinic for that.

you can damage your teeth using home kits for whitening too. Teeth become oversensitive ...and everything you eat has a terrible effect as the changing temperatures drive you mad. I always do it with a dentalpoland clinic as I am afraid of doing something to damage something I will need till the end of my life...
